The Oracles
There are many different Oracles on New Horizon, but the two most known are the White and the Black Oracles. These two are a pair of powerful, but enigmatic Wafans who seem to monitor, as well as occasionally influence New Horizon history. Though their identities have varied throughout history, the Oracles seem to be a minor, but influential power behind the scenes of society.

The White Oracle

Appearance:
The White Oracle is a slender and attractive female who travels within an amazingly powerful suit of angelic themed power armor.
Personality:
The White Oracle is a quiet loner who rarely interferes in the affairs of others. However, when she chooses to, she does so with quick and decisive action. She has a very sympathetic ear to those who have met her, as well as altruistic. However she tends to be gone as quickly as she appears.

Background Information:
The White Oracle has been seen throughout New Horizons history, the most recent iteration may just be the most bizarre yet, however. She is a slender and attractive young woman dangling from within impressive power armor. She intervenes directly much less than previous known Oracles, however when she has done so it's been extremely quick and decisive.
Also, unlike previous White Oracles, she has been known to offer bargains for weapons, armor, or information that Oracles have previously been very tight with. On the other hand, they tend to be quite perilous proportions.
From what little observation has been made, she appears to be fairly young, perhaps only her mid twenties, but extremely clever and a cunning ruthless fighter.

The Black Oracle

Appearance:
The Black Oracle is a towering Jotun of a positively diabolical design. He resembles nothing so much as an enormous cybernetic devil.
Personality:
The Black Oracle is extremely manipulative, cunning and evil. He has access to miraculously advanced technology, some that has never been seen before, which he often uses to tempt others with. He revels in complicated Faustian bargains for power or wealth, and enjoys exacting a terrible fee for them.

Background Information:
Though the existence of the Oracles is not common knowledge, what is known, even if only in an esoteric sense, is that the Black Oracle is an old and crafty Oracle who has spent the last six years spreading his impressive network across Youzem. He's traded favors for advanced technology and information to create a complex network of obligation wherein many powerful figures in the world are beholden to him.
While his ultimate goals are unknown, he seems to be trying to foment chaos within The Walk of Man at current, much as he acted as the agitator in past years to help form the deadly cult known as the Sons of Charonium, who threatened the Azuremar range with nuclear devastation before Warhead annihilated them.
Additionally, it's believed this may tie in somehow to his most recent scheme in Xanadu, where it is believed that he killed several important government officials in broad daylight in their own homes, taking important undisclosed official documents from them.

The White Oracle

Appearance:
Light is a mysterious angel, wearing a massive armor-plated robe. She wields a mono-molecular edged battle fan with a foot and a half long compressed length producing and impressive spread of glittering metal.

The Black Oracle

Appearance:
Gremel is a well accomplished Vanir whose early life was spent in extensive schooling in Wafan and Biological sciences. Though like many Black Oracles he has his own sinister aims outside of his duties, he very rarely fulfills them detrimentally to society. However nay individual who stands in his way will feel the sting of his sword without a second though.
