How to start the game

To start the mobile phone game you have to:

1. Go to www.audmobile.com and

...and play the game from your PC, or download the game directly into your mobile phone and play it from the phone instead.

(142 kB, the ZIP-file contains a JAR-file and a JAD-file of the game).

4. Once the emulator is installed, double-click on the JAD-file and the game will start. The JAD-file has to be where the JAR-file is. Both files are required.

Required settings to play the game

The emulator sometimes has an error. When you start the game you will be asked to type in your Username and Password (the nick-name and password that you registered at AUD Mobile). The screen where you type in your username opens first. In some cases the screen where you type in your password never opens. If this happens then the game will never allow you to play. If this happens then start the game and at menu-screen choose Options instead of Play. After choosing Option you need to choose Username. Retype your username and press the LEFT key button on the emulator with your mouse-cursor (see the red arrow in the picture)! Then type in your password and press again the LEFT key button. After this you can go back and chose Play and start the game.

Story

The village of GreenGrass awaits you! Welcome to the sleepy little village of GreenGrass - a lazy little town where a budding entrepreneur, such as yourself, could stand a good chance of making a substantial amount of extra cash.

All over the village lawns are lush, unkempt and just waiting to be cut. However there is just one problem; although the villagers of GreenGrass are firm believers in effort deserving its just reward, they are also known to be notoriously tight-fisted with their money. If you simply were to go knocking on people's doors and offer your lawn mowing services, none would hire you. Therefore it is time to take a bold and pro-active initiative: Mow the lawn first and claim the money for your hard work afterwards!

Oh... and one more thing: the dogs in the village are all vicious beasts who love nothing more than to devour postmen, workmen and other tasty strangers. But in the name of profit, it is now high time to brave such perils. So fuel up, throttle up and prepare to get stuck knee deep in the waiting green!

High-Score

If you play the game and get a really good high-score, then you can upload your Green Grass high-score to the AUD Mobile webpage. Only the 5 best high-scores are displayed on the webpage though!
